Music in videos for squeeze page question

Hey everyone, does anyone know if I can use "any" music as-is in a video hosted on Youtube and put up on a squeeze page?

At the page itself, there wouldn't be any commercial activity but obviously the whole point would be to take them to a sales page.

Any thoughts?

For example, could I do a powerpoint presentation (short) and have say, music that's top 40? I wouldn't want to, but you get my question.

If you want to use music that is copyright protected you will need the permission of the copyright owner to use that music. Short 'n sweet.
