I have a question. Is it possible to buy the PLR rights to any of the products listed on Clickbank? I have a been selling a clickbank product which is selling OK and I was wondering if the owner might be interested in selling me the certain PLR rights to it. We could do a deal whereby the product would still be marketed as per usual by the owner on clickbank. So nothing would change in his clickbank channel. But I would have the right to sell the product to my list and other places but I would not be allowed to sell it on clickbank. A purchaser would download the product from my server not the merchants. Would it be worth approaching a clickbank product merchant with this proposal? |

You would need to contact the product owner to get that sort of permission. PLR comes from them and them alone. Some PLR comes with stipulation like you must sell for x amount. This is so that you can't undercut the original owners product. Again... Just send him an email and see if he will sell you a PLR version. If all else fails... create it yourself just add a twist to it so it isn't a blatant copy of his work. |

Yes your suggestion isa good one, I was thinking of sending out an email just to get his reaction. The price would not be problem, it would not be sold on clickbank and the name could even be changed. Ideally a deal could be done because I don't want the hassle of completely rewriting the product from another angle. |

Check around, too, to see if maybe the product you're looking at was created from PLR materials. It could even be a resale product. Look into some PLR or RR sites and see if they are offering anything similar. If I remember right, products on ClickBank don't have to be unique; you just have to have the rights to sell them. So, it's possible that a particular product was created from a PLR eBook, or was a RR product. Of course, it could be a completely original product as well, which means, as CashTactics said, you'll need to ask the product owner what rights he might be willing to sell. |

Hi, It sounds like what you are looking for is MRR or RR rights. MRR,= Master Resell Rights and RR= Resell rights. It never hurts to ask. If you are really talking about PLR then there are plenty of PLR products out there already. You don't need permission from anyone once you buy them if you get the rights you need. I think it would be unlikely that a CB merchant would turn over PLR on any product selling on CB. George Wright |

Why would he create more competition. He gets 25% and you aren't exactly his only affiliate. He may well have 1000 people giving him 25%. Giving you PLR would damage his business, so you would really need to be flashing the green. |

Sounds like you want Coca Cola to sell you their formula so you can set up your own soft drink company. Good luck. |
