Looking for a flash designer. Any suggestions?

Hey guys (and gals) -- I'm looking for someone really creative to develop a flash intro (30 seconds - 1 minute) for a wordpress site I'm working on. I'll do the elance and odesk thing, but wanted to see if anyone here had a recommendation. Basically, I'm looking for someone reasonably priced with some creative flair. Please PM me if you know someone I should check out.

    templatemonster.com has a ton of flash intro's that should be easy enough for you to modify with a trial version of flash

      It doesn't have to be flash, but I'd like something that pop ups up upon first visiting the site and delivers a scripted bit of animation. As I mentioned, I have a specific script/concept in mind, so something generic likely won't cut it.

      I'm not expert on flash and such, so I don't know if its the only way to go. Do you folks think that a pop up with an embedded video that starts automatically looks as professional as a flash intro?

      PS: And I certainly will check Warriors for Hire -- but I always like to get some recommendations from those who've used particular designers.
