Get Response Confirmation Emails

Does anyone here have any issues with Get Response? I am using them and lately I just created a website and my opt-in form is not working. Everytime I test my form, I do not receive the confirmation emails and I just don't know why. I check my GR account and I saw that I have 15 unconfirmed emails and it means that I did not receive those emails. Can someone clarify this: 15 unconfirmed emails means what: GR have sent the emails and I just did not receive it or It in GR spam folder and was not sent out. They insist that it was sent out and if it was, why do I have 15 unconfirmed emails and they still have not answer me. Please note that it is not my email account because I try gmail, hotmail, yahoo and nothing.
