Calling all clickbank vendors----Q/A

My question

I have been approved and I paid my money a few days ago but my banners on the affiliate page of my website don't work.
http://XXXXX.completeb.hop.clickbank.net Unable to find destination.
Clickbanks reply was (We can't help with banner page)
Can someone tell me how to fix please?

the only thing I can think of is either 'completeb' isn't your vendor id (not likely), or your product isn't live yet?

i'd reword your support request, and just say that your hoplinks are not working.

Yeah, you're link is formatted correctly and it wouldn't even go through with my valid affiliate ID in there.

So are you completely sure "completeb" is spelled correctly? This should be the same as your login ID for the account.
