Aweber problems AGAIN! (16th Sept)

I'm really getting fed up with this now. I just spoke with support and he confirmed that although all was resolved yesterday, they currently have delays again today on new subscribers (same as before).

I asked if they have any idea of timescale, and he just said asap. Previously, they've given an idea of how long they anticipate.

VERY frustrating.

    They have lost my business.. according to my web stats, only a fraction of my attempted subscribers yesterday acually made it to aweber.. no fun when you use ppc to get them

    I've lost over $1000 since aweber has been having 'issues'.

    I have decided that this part of my business is just too critical to put into someone elses hands.

      Jason, I don't do a ton of PPC so I wasn't feeling it that way. WOW...sorry to hear that!

      I know they have revamped their templates this past weekend so that may have contributed to the issue.

      What other service are you guys considering?

        No.

        Other than a quick, non-professional post last week by Tom Kulzer
        within AW saying to "follow him on Twitter about it," ZILCH.

        And the support staff at AW seem to be getting hounded about it. We
        got a canned IM reply about delays.

        I can imagine every CEO having 'issues' in their business.... and then
        telling people...

          It has been a week of bad news at Aweber.

          All businesses go through growing pains and this is a tough pill to swallow for those that depend so much on aweber.

          I am sure they are losing customers...but they have a long track record of excellent service as well.

          I recommend suspending campaigns until this is resolved to save your bank account and hair.

          I am not doing adwords right now, but if I was, I would halt all campaigns until they clear this up.

          It is really sad that they can not communicate, that part is really unacceptable in my eyes...there are so many ways to inform your customers today that their lack of informing is really a poor decision and one that will bite them in the arse.

    Any one has any idea how to transfer Aweber subs seamlessly to Get Response?

    I understand all Get Response imported subscribers must be double confirmed. That's one problem.
