If not offering a money back guarantee...

Do I have to say so on the landing page or checkout?

I would assume that if I am checking out on a page with no guarantee symbol or text that would indicate such then the digital purchase is not available for a refund.

Many consumers assume there is a refund available. They don't know enough to think otherwise. Why wouldn't you make it clear or do you think the truth would scare people off?

Either way - text or no text - they can get a refund by doing a chargeback.

Because my audience likes to steal, lie and get digital products for free.

Was just wondering the actual TOS policies when charging customers.

We have our sales/refund policy listed under terms & conditions but not written all over our sales pages and checkout page.

      thanks

As Mark tried to explain, people still can get a refund. And if you`re dealing with a shady group of buyers, then they probably know exactly how to request a refund with or without your permission. Change niche, or prepare to deal with chargebacks. Either way, write the no refund part as visible as possible, it can't hurt

I don't offering a money back clause, and do not say so with most products. I do however say "all sales are final" on my services page. The difference? Big digital storefronts handle the shopping cart stuff for the products, and I am the shopping cart for the services.

Whatever you feel clear on. Takes a few seconds to add a clause if it helps you sleep better at night.
