Keyword Article Targeting?

Hi,

This is a newbie question.
With a new web site is it better to have 20 articles for the directories all with the
same keyword or should you have a different keyword for each article?

Do you try to go up the google ladder, one keyword at a time or in a group?

I'm not sure what your articles have to do with your website except if you plan to also put them on your website. ( great idea for more traffic btw )

But...

It will be best if one article is wrapped around one keyword.

Then for example, you'll have 20 chances to obtain a 1st page ranking for your researched niche keywords.

If you're into article marketing do check out content marketing and expand your reach...
