WARNING: This will not work for everybody, you must take action and be positive. This is a method that has worked for me and hope this post will inspire you.

I know, everyone says it, but it's true: use these tools to find a semi-hot niche, if you search for a niche and it returns gazzillions of results, the niche is probably too hot and may take some time to get results from. If there's nothing in the search results, there's probably not much money in that niche so move on and focus your efforts on something that does have a level of competition, but not too much.

Many of you will already know this is a good way to find niches, so nothing too ground breaking at the moment, but those who are just discovering the make money online craze might find it useful.

Once we have our niche selected we need to work with an expert in that area, unless you want to spend 10,000 hours learning a topic that you have little interest in.

I like using eHow | How To Do Just About Everything! | How To Videos & Articles and offering my selected experts a 50-50 split. A little tip when approaching experts, don't come straight out and ask them to jump into bed with you.. first ask them for an interview, explain that you're about to launch a new site and would love to profile them or have them as a special guest. Flattery works.

Now buy a keyword loaded domain name and hosting, make sure your host takes regular backups.

If you buy your domain name and host from different places just set the Nameservers in the control panel from where you bought your domain name. It can sound daunting but trust me it's very easy once you're in there. It's just a matter of typing the right numbers into the box - this is the one area that confuses more people than anything else, but it is very straight forward.

Continue to build rapport with your expert, request an email interview - then an audio interview and finally a video interview. These will come into play later.

Using Google News and other news aggregators, search daily for developments in your niche and blog about them. Only one new post each day is needed and it does not have to be a long post. Aim this for your human visitors.

Using Audacity: Free Audio Editor and Recorder we can now turn each post into a podcast and upload to the various podcasting sites around the web (there's many to choose from).

Also, using Powerpoint we can turn each post into a video for uploading to Youtube, metacafe etc, again there's many to choose from.

Now we look at creating our product with the help of our expert.

By now we should have a good relationship with our expert and he/she should have a level of trust with you, and can also see that when you set your mind to something, you achieve it.

Once the expert agrees to lend his/her name to your product you want to aim it at complete novices in that niche. This allows for plenty of growth and sales in the future.

The product type doesn't matter, ebook, audio, video, as long as it's good information and provides value for more. If you over-deliver you'll notice more sales.

With every post, podcast and video you make, direct all potential customers to your sales or squeeze page (usually the main page of your site) and I'm convinced that it doesn't really matter if you use a squeeze page first or not - but it is a very good idea to offer a newsletter subscription on every page of your blog, and if you can tempt them with freebies all the better.

So with our product ready we now go back to Clickbank and sign up as a vendor.

This allows us to approach other webmasters in our niche and invite them to review your product, if they like it (which they should since you've given it to them for free) you can then offer them an affiliate deal.. say 65% of every sale they generate.

This is an attractive proposition for anyone.

Keep a list of those who purchase your product, these people are your customer base, treat them like gold. Give them additional freebies the rest of your list don't get and occasionally make them an offer they can't refuse. The ones who buy everything, or a lot of your offers, are hyper responsive and should be customers for life.

This is by no means a definitive guide, there's plenty of ways to drive traffic to your site (SEO, PPC, social media etc) but this is just a quick crash course for those interested in a method that has worked for me time and time again.

Nice, especially the part about interviewing an expert if your not one. Too many people feel like they need to be an expert to create a product.

There are experts all around us. We can tap their knowledge, package and market it.
