Looking for a NICE PLR template package

I'm looking for a nice PLR template bundle, not your typical garish colors and half-dressed booth babes straight from an LSD flashback.

Something along the lines of these:

80+ Free 2-Column Website Templates

Or this: FreeGourmetPopcorn.com

I want to bundle them with a program I'll be selling soon, so the PLR rights need to allow me to bundle without charge.

If you have one, or know of one, let me know please
