Market samurai
Micro niche finder
keyword elite

or any other...

Google's free one is good enough to make huge lists of kw's. Other than that I'd rather purchase a kw spy tool before any of those.

yes I use google keyword tool too, although I want a software to do some advance stuff. Haven't heard too much about kw spy. Any reason why you would choose that over other?

Market Samurai.

Of course I'm not a big fan of KE. I do like that MS is always updated and there seems to be room for it to have features added to it as time goes on. Plus it does a lot more than keyword research

In that post they talk indirectly about KE 2 (when it was being launched). They give some in depth details about how they differ.

Google keyword tool is good enough for internet marketing business.

I had been using that long time ago and it works well for me.

Its great, but when you analyse each and every keywords competition manually, its very time consuming .

I am using Micro Niche Finder and it's serving me very well. I get all the information I need in seconds. Like your search count, exact phrase count, strength of competition, Ad costs etc. But it depends on your needs and if you do keyword research seriously like micro niche websites creation.

Keyword Research Pro

It's not free but well worth the money. I'm not sure if there's trial version. If he doesn't have a trial version...he should because it's really worth the look before you buy.

Market Samurai is a very good tool well worth looking at.

I think Market Samurai is invaluable.

The SEO Competition tab is especially useful for getting a good snapshot of what it will take to break into the top 10 google results. It saves a ton of time actually researching the competition vs. simply looking at the number of competing web pages as so many folks seem to promote.

I also love all of its filtering options. Bottom line, it's well worth the money and will save you a literal fortune when used correctly.

What about checking eyeing up the top 10 results. This is what miffs me, how do people make an informed decision based on stats rather than visualisation.. hmmm
