I don´t know what more to do? Marketingwise..

Is there anything free you can offer therapists to build an email list? That's what i would do as a starting point.

Is there a Norwegian magazine for therapists you could advertise your site on? This is also a method i use a lot... Picture this: A Norwegian magazine therapists read (if there is any) with a advert to a therapists webdirectory.

A couple of thoughts.

1. It's hard to know what you are doing with your site due to the language difference. In the US, Psychology Today runs what most would consider the premier directory for mental health professionals. 2. The first therapist I looked at on your site used a Wordpress.com blog. Maybe you could tie in some related marketing features with your premium listings in order to make the deal more irresistible. For example, this lady needs a real blog or website. Could you offer that as part of the premium deal? Just a thought.

3. You not only need traffic from therapists, you need the public going there as well. Do you have articles about various mental health topics that the public may be interested in or are you going solely after therapists? Without visitors, therapists have no reason to sign up.

4. Maybe "therapy" is different in Norway. In the US, most wouldn't expect a "therapist" to be involved in complementary medicine or acupuncture. Is therapy there only for mental health or does it include a wide spectrum of treatment? Does the average therapist do acupuncture or physical treatment or more talk therapy? The reason I ask this is that, depending on how it all works there, your focus may need refining - you may be too broad.

You came out for a second or two and good seeing

All of what you are doing is cold traffic stuff to make people aware of what you have to offer.

Keep doing that stuff.

Then you need to think about what gated content you can offer.

Can you have a "paid forum" for therapists to discuss things.

What can you promote to get the warm traffic to pay you something?

What are you promoting to the 73 to get them to give you money?

I've always found live content as a good way to get members to join.

You could interview a therapist a month and stream it live. Put the recording in a paid membership site. You would be boosting the profile of the interviewee and also providing value to the others

Try to invite all the subs to the first interview for free and then make a subscription offer to them during (at the end of ) the broadcast.

Don't just keep going wide.

Work out how to provide value to the already people who are subscribed so that they will start to pay something now.

There's how you get more buyers...

Create a very short poll and ask your 3 buyers how they found you. Repeat the poll for all future buyers. Use the buyer/poll data to your advantage.

You could very well find out that everything you're doing now is useless, not saying it is but it's possible none of it generates sales. Your buyers will point you in the right direction.

We have the technology.

I think you are doing everything correct. But for something like this i think you need to be face to face with therapists, because you are still growing the popularity of the page. My advice is for you is to ask your self this question. If i was a therapists, why would i join and pay to be member of my site? Then find out therapist association in your area, join, and get a booth at their next tradeshow. Talk to the therapists direct, explain to them how they can benefit from being your member, show them the site on your laptop, and follow up with them later. Also i think you should have forum section on your site for therapists, so they can talk to each other, get advices from each other, ..... So you can create a network of therapists, and also have them gain more clients. Then from that network, therapists will be begging you to join the site, since the popularity will be on your side. You may very well be targeting the wrong content at the wrong audience.
