FLIPPERS: How To Make Sure Each One Of Your Sites Sells? - A Foolproof 19 Step Plan Inside.

Everyone knows here (hopefully) that people ONLY buy stuff they want. When buying a website they want one of these 6 things:

  • the revenue
  • the traffic
  • the list
  • the product
  • the design
  • the domain
Here's a simple plan that will ensure that almost every website you list, sells:

  • select a niche
  • get a good, short, rhyming, memorable domain name(example: income.com)
  • do market research: find 3 pressing needs people have in that market and solutions to fulfil those needs
  • create a free, viral PDF report
  • create squeeze copy
  • set up a squeeze page
  • start building a list (articles and link building together with keyword research) -- 3 articles a day is fine.
  • do more market research and find 5 more pressing needs people in that market have
  • create an ebook about the above five
  • fire up Audacity and record yourself reading the ebook
  • make a salespage
  • make a cover design
  • slap a $47 price point on your product
  • create sales copy
  • sell that product to the list
  • make sales (!)
  • keep the business for 6-12 months writing 3 articles a day
  • List your entire business for sale
  • collect money
I know... I know... not the usual: slap up a website, list it, pray, hope it sells, fail, but I can assure you, if you do the above, each one of your sites will sell.

I was doing some math. You can easily outsource this for $2000. I mean, everything, design, product creation, article writing. The only thing you won't outsource at this price is copy (squeeze copy and salespage copy), the rest you can outsource and fit that budget (if you know how to do it)

Hope this helps. Just remember: people only buy what they want to buy, so don't give them what they don't want.

How much do you think this site would sell for if you did this? If you were to outsource everything for 2000 dollars then it has to be plenty. Could you give us some examples?

      Hey,

as you probably know it all depends on many things. Your list size, the revenue size, the list size, the traffic, all depends, but...

if you write your articles well and consistently (and backlink them) there is no reason why your site shouldn't be earning at least 300 a month (probably more. I am doing conservative figures here). after 7 months, you get your expenses back. Everything after that is profit (at least 1500, most likely more, because your site will be making more in the second half of the year)

The total site income is 3600+ with a steady income of 300 a month. Add your list to that, add the traffic, add the product, add the design. I really don't see why that site should not go for $5000 at least. If your list is huge, then much more (what you can do is charge at least $1 for each subscriber. If you have a list of 5000 people, that's $5000 extra)
