A Great AutoFollow Twitter Tool...

Does anyone know of a great tool that will auto follow people based on keywords; that is free?

If you don't know of any for free? What service do you recommend. I was just looking at twollow.com but charge like $14.95 per month.

Any suggestions would be great! Also, do you think auto following people really help you build a following?
