Advice on Article Posting Needed

I am very familiar with article marketing, and I have no problems with writing, titles, keywords, spinning and so on. However, I would like some advice on where to post my articles.. specifically...

Are there directories I absoloutely need to post to?
Avoid?

Good auto-submission software or sites?

In the past (last year) I used instant article wizard and it was ok but im not sure if it is still a good idea, what is a good service to use for that?

List Of Top 50 Article Directories By Traffic, PageRank

That's a list of the top 50 directories... You don't have to submit to all of them, just the one's with high PR and good Alexa ranks... If you stick with the best ones you don't need to really worry about what to avoid.

I can tell you that after two years as submitting articles to dozens of directories as one of my marketing tools that only get ongoing referal traffic from EZA.

If your looking for backlinks for SEO than that is a different story. However, I only pursue backlinks that bring referral traffic AND have SEO benefit.

The best place I have found to submit articles to is the free traffic system -they post on 30 relevant blogs to your niche - carries weight with Google.

Hi, Post to the top 10 or 16 articles

Just this 10 and post 1 article per day on all this articles. Dup content is ok as the search engine would not get backlinks from them at the same time. But only 1 article directory will get top rankings for your site. I would not like to promote, but I am really using Mass Article Submitter and Creator from Clickbank. I can easily rewrite articles from any article and I submit it to 20 article directories in about 10mins tops. It's easy but it requires an investment of $77 bucks which I immediately got in 2 days.
