Default Is this a realistic income goal?

It’d like to make at least ten grand a month for a salary of one hundred and twenty thousand U.S. dollars a year working from home. But when I tell people this, I get alot of “wouldn’t we all?” type responses and people look at me like I’m insane. I’m involved in a combination of network and affiliate marketing so have several streams of income from different sources, but really nowhere near the amount of money I’d like to make. Is my goal in anyway realistic?

Hi,

Just observing how this forum is run you can see some are making that amount. Remember "they" have other projects also.

I personally don't have the desire to make that much and put in the work I'd have to do, however If that were my goal I'd write or contract out about 35 Killer ebooks and rotate the marketing of them so I would sell 17 ebooks a day at $17 each.

I know this would work because I have sold 17 @ $17. $17 x 17 X 365 = $105,485

Others will advise you based on their "reality." My reality is I can sell 17 things at $17 in one day. Now, if I had the desire I'd rinse and repeat every day.

Quit telling people and just do it then. It will have a better affect on them anyway.
Considering all of the money floating around on the Internet $120,000 is in no way impossible.
Many do this in a month. Some even do this in a week or less.

Question is, is your goal realistic to you?

I don't make that much but I see examples of it all the time - plenty of fish, craiglist, digg, cd baby, etc. all really just guys who started websites. So why not you and me?

I have found often with my clients that "talked a good game" that they were actually trying to convince themselves.

Jon,

This is very realistic as long as you have a marketing plan and great product, service or opportunity combined with that plan. Forget what the "dreamless" ones say to you.

George you hit on a good point there!

When you look at the big scale of things making say 100k a year is alot.

However then if you break it down into how many sales you need and how much traffic you would need if it converted at just 1% then you can soon work out how easy it actually is.

Heck even a good wso that is based on a longterm strategy can earn you $100k+ a year alone.

Yes, it is a realistic goal. You simply need to put the systems in place to have your business running smoothly and efficiently.

Yes. Society is hypnotised. Forget the zombies.
Derren Brown can glue people to their seats using only a few minutes of video and a short talk. These people are as conscious as the rest, but they just believe they cannot get up all of a sudden. Believing it's impossible to get out of your chair seems a lot harder than accepting that you won't make 120k a year. Imagine if Derren Brown had years to sculpt our beliefs. If he was controlling the media. The schools. For the good of the government and order everywhere.

You can do it. You WILL do it.
(But not $120,000, that's too much.)

Jon,

That is a completely realistic and achievable income. As others have mentioned, there are people who make that much in a day. I have relatives who have achieved 10k/day with IM.

There is a direct connection between your desire to achieve your goal, and you willingness to work as hard as you must to achieve it.

Best of luck to you on your journey!

Very realistic if you understand what you are up against .

Some on here would be elated with 10 grand a month.... some would contemplate suicide .

I guess I would fall somewhere in the middle . With a constant 10 k a month from all online activities I would sell off some real world companies for sure .

Okay I wouldn't either , I am a greedy bastard :-)

All you have to do is figure out how to make 46 cents on the internet, and then do that every hour and continue it each day for the month, and then each month to the end of your year.

Your goal is very attainable ad most have stated already. The point I was trying to make is that if you can manage to make $10 a day, just do that a second and a third time and on and on until you meet your goal.

And a word of caution, don't let your friends and family steal your dream. Many years ago my wife was making around $5,000 a month with a vitamin program and her aunt told her she couldn't do that. Well my wife ended up buying into her aunt's negativity and ended up letting her business go down the drain. Friends and relatives hate to see you succeed because of their jealousy.

Just remember, if you believe you can't, you can't. If you believe you can, you can. Either way you are right, you just have to believe. I don't remember who said that, so I can't give the credit, but it is very true.

It's a very realistic goal, you just have to put the time in needed to make this a realistic goal. There's billions of dollars potentially floating around out here in cyberspace. You just need a great product, learn how to market online, and a great work ethic. If anyone tells you differently tell them to eat ---- lol . If you stick to your goals you will be the last one laughing. Good luck, im rooting for you!
