What Kinds of Sites Would You Prefer to Buy?
When it comes to buying sites, I personally think that (1.) an original site with unique articles and unique template for say $163 would be a better option than (2.) a template plus articles at $17 that a bunch of people buy. Why is it a better deal? Because it means having it already unique, vs having to rewrite articles to make them unique or add new headers, etc. Yet (in these here parts at least) more people prefer the second option, even when it comes with all sorts of restrictions.
