Aweber Broadcast Message Question!

Hey guys,

So I just sent a broadcast message out to my list of 4000+ subscribers in Plain Text.

The clicks and opens say 0 despite it being a day later. Is this because its not in html?

My past broadcasts in html and plain have had the tracking working.

I did check link tracking when saving the message in the first place.

    If you have the tracking option checked in Aweber then standard text links (in plain text emails) will become Aweber tracking links.

    I would think that your email was more likely to reach all of it readers as it was plain text. I'm still a big fan a plain text emails.

    I'm a user of AWeber for slightly more than a month now. I learned even before I joined AWeber that one should always broadcast in both HTML and Text format.

    Most Internet users are using email clients that support HTML format. If you broadcast only in Text format, these subscribers might not be able to receive your email.

    One of Awebers great features is to create a Split Test Broadcast.

    This is an excellent way to split test the emails you send out to your list. The split testing allows you to see which type of emails your list reads, what subject lines work, what stories work best etc etc etc...

    Test it out, you'll be pleasantly surprise with the results
