Hello everyone I am doing the whole "make your articles in videos" thing. I've got about 20 videos on youtube with around 600 views so far. The problem is i've gotten 0 hits to my site out of all of this. What am i doing wrong. Basically my video's are just recorded powerpoint slides with trance music playing over them. I have my URL on every slide as well as in the description. What am i doing wrong Thank you for your time |

I agree with James. If you have a video then use Tubemogul so you can submit to several video sites. I suggest in posting a description, your URL on top. Ronald | |

Tubemogul is incredible. I just signed up for it yesterday after spending far too much time submitting to individual video sites. I though there had to be a better way, and there was. Those are all good replies. Upload to as many sites as possible (more potential eyeballs and more backlinks) and make sure your video itself and the description box both encourage the visitors to click through to your site...a free gift? a special deal? something that makes them say "I have to click here now" |

1)You can include website url in the title of the videos. 2)Ask your friends to view, rate and put comments so it will rank higher in video sharing sites and search engines. 3)Put your videos as responses to the relevant and highly viewed videos. 4)Put website url in your channel description. 5)Make some useful comments on the relevant videos to build reputation and traffic to your channel. Good luck. ![]() |

Without having seen your videos I would second what some members have posted already: is there a clear call to action? Also, it might sound counterintuitive but take out your url from each and every slide. That probably comes across as "salesy." Instead, focus on providing your viewers some great and valuable content, something that makes them say hmmm, that was interesting, i'd be curious to see what else this person has to offer. Put your url in your description. And also checkout some of the video submitters like those mentioned above too. Get your video in multiple places. And dont stop at just one video. Keep bangin out content, in a series of sorts. People will start to follow you and look forward to your videos. You'll start getting click throughs after a while. Patience young grasshopper, it'll happen for you. Hope this helps. Cheers |
