How to train your PC to manage your downloads and make your life easier

Are you a warrior who could use help dealing with your downloaded files, such as ebooks, videos and audios?

Have you ever forgotten you already downloaded something, or forgotten where you put it? Do you ever forget the subject of a file?

I'm putting some finishing touches on a project that addresses some issues such as these and I'd like to run it by some fellow warriors.
