Anyone know of a good screen doodling program?

Does anyone know about a good screen doodling program? Basically a program where I can write on the screen and it shows up. I found one for a MAC, but I have a PC.

I am thinking of using it when creating online videos. I think it is a creative way to keep peopl's attention and it allows me to draw diagrams and such.

    Do you mean on a graphics tablet or actually writing on your computer screen? Or do you mean doodling over a video presentation? If it is doodling over a powerpoint or video presentation then I use camtasia for that.

      Thanks for your feedback! I didn't even think of Camtasia!!! Duh! Just needed something to write on the screen over a video or something.

    Ooh I've not heard about anything like that and I'm arts orientated. Have you tried googling the Mac one to see if there are any alternatives that sometimes helps.
