Default Why are the threads I have read still BOLD?

Is this a new feature or a bug or something? I like it when the threads I have read, with no new activity, lose their boldness. But this morning, every thread I have looked at is still bold. So, it makes navigating the board a little difficult.

I keep thinking threads I looked at or responded to keep updating, but they dont.

Charles, your cookies must not be setting because it's working fine on
this end.

Try logging out and back in or restarting your browser or PC because it's
definitely on your end.
