Is there a way to make money with free traffic?

Is there anyway to make money with free traffic??? I have to register my blog, for adsense??? to make money. Can you make money with placing links to twitter?? Can you make money with affiliate marketing still. If I dont register my blog with adsense will people still be able to see my blog. How do I get traffic to my blog. I have a lot of questions, Im going to retire soon, I my family needs the money, and marketing is the easiest way to do this. I could use a lot of help because of little money.

    Sure. The same way you make money with paid traffic. Offer your visitors something they want more than the money you charge them for it.

    Only if you want to make money by showing Adsense ads on your blog. No other reason to register with Adsense.

    Sounds like you are confusing Google (the search engine) with Adwords/Adsense (the advertising platform owned by Google). For example, I haven't had an Adsense account in almost ten years (long, sad story I'll spare you), but my pages still show up in Google's search results.
