Taking Online Orders -- Help

Hi Everyone,

I'm new to the forum and just getting into marketing my own products on the web -- ebooks.

I need a bit of advice on how to be able to accept online orders for credit cards etc. Can I set it up through clickbank without offering my products to clickbank users?

I'm UK based so can't use services like powerpay because they don't offer it to companies outside the US.

Any help would be greatly appreciated -- if you know of any services that do allow companies from outside the US, please do let me know if you have a moment.

For taking online sales, you can simply use paypal. If you are looking forwards to automating the sales process through affiliates promoting your product for you, then go for clickbank. There is a one time setup fee to sell your product on clickbank.

Yeah paypal is very easy to use or the google checkout account. I think those are the most reliable ways.

Thanks very much. I was thinking of using paypal but have heard of a lot of people having their money held back for some reason. Anyone shed any light on as to why this has happened?

No don't bother about that. It won't happen unless you get funds in the 5 figure range within minutes or hours. Even if that happens, if you can call paypal and show them that the sales are genuine, they will let you keep your money.
