Which One is Best for Marketing, Twitter or Blog or Email list

Guys I know that all that marketing site is very useful but I don't understand which one is the best to start and I will get more conversion.

I heard that money is the list but bring leads is quite difficult than twitter and blogging.

All of them but building a list is the best one.

I have personally found that the best way to achieve results is:

1) Build your blog first and get followers that way, this usually doesn't add up to a huge amount of cash at first;
2) Build a list from your blog and from other products of your own that you promote through your blog
3) Use twitter as a subsidary to the above, build follows and send out automatic direct messages with links back to your blog and your mailing list signup.

It would work like a full circle.

If you want to use just one I would use the mailing list with the blog combined.
