Know other sites aside from Animoto you could recommend that could be able to create short promo video ads easily?

Just use Windows Movie Maker if you are looking for something free. Not the best of quality, but if you work at it you can get some pretty neat promos out of it....

Movie Maker is free and easy to use. It's a good choice if you're still new at creating movies.

Head over to toufee dot com. While its not free, its a great and easy way to build flash based promo videos. I believe they have a 14 day free trial going on. Check it out and let me know what you thought of it.

Hey guys,

I saw this cool promo video Mr. John Delavera made for TurboPLR which you can see at TurboPLR Dot Com.

Very cool effects.

Turns out there are also some marketers who have a promo video embedded on their sites that looks similar to this. Does anyone have any idea what service they used for this one?

Most of those like John's are custom-designed videos. I don't think you'll find an off-the-shelf, free software to do that. You'll find lot's of people that do these cheaply in the WSO section.

You can try ArticleVideoRobot - I believe they have at 14 day free trial and they will push the video to like 10 or more video sites for you.
