I have published a LULU paperback print book - now what?

I have published a 164 pages book on lulu and global reach partners

as per my understanding it takes 2 months to get sales report from global reach partners

my book is on sale in several online retailers such as:
amazon (us, uk, ca, au, in, etc)
wordery
blackwell
floyes.co.uk
and many others...

now what else should I do?

PS: I had several articles on my blog healthsurgeon.com where around 1k visitors came daily, 89% organic traffic and 60% where from US, UK and Australia combined

I have sent the articles to draft on the blog because I published a book.

I just do not know what else can I do to promote my printed book titled
health surgeon: 99 healthy tips for your better wellbeing

need advice

    Have you tried content marketing?

    The health niche is huge.

You can easily hire a VA for less than $100 to get you a huge list of blogs to contact

    Start with outreach

Become an expert people LINK TO

Not only do you get DIRECT traffic but you can also get SEO benefits

Why would you put your articles to draft?

You have up to 7000 people a week coming to your site. Targeted people you could promote your book to.

Talk to the media, create a press kit and start building a relationship with journalists.

Anytime something newsworthy happens even remotely related to your niche, get on the phone and talk to journalists about it. Get your name/book out there.

Sign up for HARO (help a reporter out). They'll send you questions/ideas reporters have. When you see one you'd be perfect to be interviewed for/quoted as a resource, act...

Find forums and groups (on facebook and such) of people interested in whatever your book is for/about. Pay for ads to be shown to those people, participate in forum/group.

What was the reason you wrote the book? Who did you write it for? How is it going to help that person?

Where does that person live (offline and online). Put yourself in those neighborhoods.

To get helpful help, really, answer the above questions.

Congratulations! What a remarkable achievement. You may want to start locally, where you are. See if you can get a media tour to talk about your book... TV & radio will get you tons of mileage.
