Hey designers, what do you do to represent video?
So we have the e-cover - that's for pdfs and software etc
We've got the CD image - Obviously CDs, DVDs and mp3s
We've got CD and DVD cases - well, they're for CDs and DVDs (duh!)
But what about streaming / downloadable video?
Is it just me, but don't you think it's a bit lame just to put an image of a DVD and case?
Has anyone come up with a more true and creative representation of the online video?
And I'm not talking icons here - not the outline of a video camera or a slice of cine film, but the equivalent 'e-cover' for video. Come on Warrior designers - what can you come up with?
