How To Deliver The Right Content, At The Right Time To The Right People?

I run a blog. Where I write about entrepreneurship, business strategies, and marketing. There I also have a few affiliate links to make some money out of it. And my target is to make money out of it.

So let's consider the following scenario:
I have written a blog post on the topic "How to Build A Website With Wordpress By Yourself."
How on earth do I deliver it to the people who are looking to make a website using WordPress by themselves? And specifically, deliver it to them when they are thinking of building a website.

You can use email marketing for this.

Create topic based lead magnets. When people signup to something that is related to building a WordPress website then you know they're interested. When you create future relevant content you'll have a segment of users who are interested in this topic specifically.

Google AdWords is another option here, people searching for how to build a WordPress website are obviously interested in it at that moment.

Every person who signs up for your lead magnet wants it Meaning, building your entire blog around 1 topic - only 1, no more, because that leads to the confusion you are experiencing - and blog about 1 top, every single post. Tackle that 1 topic from different angles. But always stay on topic then you know why your subscribers signed up and they are interested in your posts, freebies and products.

I would suggest you search all of these phrases on the WF:
    • targeted marketing
    • keyword and phrase marketing
    • long tail keyword marketing
    • micro niche marketing
    • exact match keywords
    • phrase match keywords
    • contextual marketing
    • lead magnets
    • solo ad marketing (used in conjunction with niche authority sites)
By doing some research in these areas, you will learn about matching your affiliate links to marketing sources. And as you study the field, note additional topics (besides those listed above) as my list only covers a few of the many ways to match the message to the audience in a timely way.

    The very best to you,

    Steve

That is why niche research is important at the beginning. Focus on generating traffic from a related niche as yours. Anybody that will follow your link to your website is almost always interested in anything that has to do with that niche. So, if you write about a particular topic and you optimize the post with the keywords and phrases, you can be sure that those leads google will send will be be leads with similar challenges, it may and may not be exact.
