1 Idea for Making Money Online

Don't just ask "What should I do to make money online?"

Ask "Who should I BE to make money online?"

Notice how successful, experienced Warriors hit on the intangibles like:

- being persistent
- being willing to fail
- being willing to tweak your campaign, or to trash it, if it ain't working

These are the inner world tips. The mindset stuff. The being stuff.

The practical tips are super important. Procedures. Processes. Really key. But until you have the mindset stuff down, the intangibles, any practical procedure you follow will turn to crap or will take decades to work for you.

An added bonus for being a successful IMer to make money online: you will do a few simple things, every day, and improve in those areas, every day, and success will find you more quickly because you will be focused on solving problems through a few channels, following your passion and where you devote your attention and energy, grows.

As you learn new practical tips and adopt new strategies keep reminding yourself that making money online is an inside out game. As you work and learn and tweak remind yourself that the intangibles are the difference makers.

The strategies or launches don't make you rich; who the person selling the product or following the techniques *becomes* in serving others is the aspect that helps you profit online.

Blogging and online marketing can be your first choice. At first, think your skill. If you have a good idea on any field. Find out your skill relevant work and start working.

Both definitely rock but again, think about the person you're being using these tools. The tools mean nothing in and of themselves; the person who uses them makes the difference and that person should be in the game for the right reasons.

It's as simple as sniffing out problems a particular audience has and helping them find a solution.

Yep true .But as Ryan says it goes further than just that. Getting better as a person doing the necessary things to help these people with problems and improving those strategies and techniques and processes that you learned or are learning. And having the right mindset to do all this...doing it everyday. It's a journey

That's it Robert. We can sniff problems and offer solutions, but if we are doing things mainly from a place of fear (cheaping out on hosting, feeling that your work will be a waste of time, etc) we will fail. So key to do the inner work, to find your motivator, to help folks freely....then the practical techniques we use will either change, or we will use the same proven tips but from a more intelligent and persistent space.

It is not as if you are willing to fail but you are willing to learn from your failures.
It is not setting up yourself to failure but you must learn to accept failure, learn from it, move on and not repeat the same mistake.

These are great tips. You need to work and work consistently. Don't give up. Be open to change and change when necessary.

As for failure, that is not a totally bad thing. A failure can be used as a learning experience. The more you learn, the better your chances of being successful in the future.

I'm glad you mentioned 'WHO SHOULD I BE', Ryan because, increasingly online marketing success depends on how EFFECTIVE our BRANDS are.

It's always been about branding but now it is EXTREMELY CRUCIAL

Get your brand out there (niche blog comments / Q+A sites / press releases / social media)

Get brand allies (guest posting / blog collaborations / group interviews)

The name of the game now is BRANDING, BRANDING, BRANDING

Everything flows from it-affiliate deals / tie-ups / brand alliances, you name it!

Amen to this on so many levels

I have been obsessed with branding since starting my current blog 3 years ago. Paid off in a huge way. Because more clients and customers seek out our brands because they want a feeling, and experience.

Dead on with brand allies too. I am huge on guest posting these days.

Making money is never been easy unless you are scammer, but you can learn how to utilize the power of online market or study how others do. Sometime you will get bored and give up when the things getting harder, but you must move forward and go thru the hardship. Who knows, you are only few step to your success. Tips to always get motivated is to plan how you gonna spend your million dollar once you get it, luxury cars, mansion, private jet or anything. Dream high so you push yourself to jump to get it. Back to the subject below are few blogs that I found inspirational.

When you think about and consider what Ryan says . . . think about this . . .

What's the difference between a spammer/scammer and a marketer that you really trust and don't hesitate to spend money with?

    Spammer/scammer:
    • Doesn't want you to know his identity
    • "Hit and run" mentality - make a quick sale and move on to the next victim
    • Could care less about the prospect's problems or issues
    • No follow up, no customer service, can't find him or contact him
    • Promises whatever he thinks the prospect wants to hear
    • The prospect wants to avoid contact at all costs
    Trusted marketer:
    • Is very open, seamless, wants you to get to know him personally
    • More concerned about lifetime value and meeting the customer's needs than making a quick one-time sale
    • Is interested in helping the prospect overcome his problem
    • Makes regular and consistent contact with his audience - is quick to respond to customer inquiries
    • Is truthful and honest about what his offers contain and how he thinks his products (referrals) will benefit the buyer
    • Gives his contact information freely and responds in a timely way
Just remember that, as a marketer, YOU ARE THE BUSINESS. You are difference.

Thanks for your timely advice Ryan.

Nice. : ) Thinking about it the more frustrated a
Person becomes -- and the more challenging
it is for them to reach their goals(s) -- the
        greater the achievement when they're

Couldn't agree more with your post. Failure is a part of growing. Just think of every failure as your next step to success. You won't achieve anything if you don't give it a try.

Also don't be afraid to share your idea with as many as possible would be my advice. Too many times I have seen others that are scared someone will copy them and they keep everything to themselves. From what I have seen this is a first step to failure.
