These are my last stesps before launching finally my product :-)))))))))....I need your help

I have some confusion in set up the email management.
My purpose is to send email for my membership site for login info, use the list of members to send additional info and email marketing
I see the hosting company have some restriction regarding sending email. (at the moment I have very cheap host but I can change it before launching my product)

Using an external SMTP servers is solving completely the issue? Is getresponse or awaber an external SMTP server?
At the moment I set-up the mail of my domain with the cPanel. Is it the right way or I have to set up differentely or externally?
Any help is appreciated !!!!

Yes, Get response is a smtp provider . You need to make sure that you add the SPF and DKIM records in your DNS settings.

You can also try G Suite for sending out your emails.
