Default Can U recommend a free screencapture tool? (beside PrtScrn)

Can you recommend a free screen capture tool? I have SnagIt on my main PC but I need a quick solution for another PC.

Thanks,
Life

ScrrenPrint32. Works for me and is free. It's on most of the download sites.

I use wisepixel handysnap.

I think there is both a free and paid version.

Are you looking for a business opportunity that’s property related? Well, the answer may be closer than you think – right on your doorstep perhaps. In fact, there’s money to be made anywhere you see a property for sale. Let me explain…

FastStone Capture 5.3 (Google it) is free and does drop shadows and watermarks.

I think the Jing | Add visuals to your online conversations is the best quick solution

MWSnap, but it doesn't do scrolling web page captures.

If you want to capture scrolling web pages and you use FireFox, then you can use the free Fireshot plugin.

Mario

I use FS Capture and love it. It's $20, spend the money!

Fireshot plug-In for FireFox.

It's free and just like Snag-It.

Screenshot Captor is my favorite. I use it for everything. And, it is free.

Gonna second MWsnap - a superb tool - screen capture, colour picker, ruler and so much more...

The first tool that I ever downloaded - its age old now but still rivals all its modern day contemporaries. A piece of software that was way ahead of its time.

And as ever, free - as it has always been!

-Rich

PS: Doubt its importance?

Look at the page rank - 6/10

Cool piece of kit, loved by many....

Yes, Faststone 5.3 has webpage scrolling capture. (Hot Key = Ctrl+Alt+Prtscr)
Just click anywhere on screen with mouse and Faststone automatically scrolls and captures!
