One place to try if it is in your area. Go to Craigslist.org and post what you are looking for in the Gigs Section. should have people contacting you. It is also free to post on CL as long as you are not offering a service.

You can also try on the WarriorForum in this section: Wanted - Members Looking To Hire You | Warrior Forum

Or post on a similar Internet Marketing forum: https://forums.digitalpoint.com/

Or post a job on Fiverr and post a custom request: https://www.fiverr.com/

    Hope this helps!

In your area you could always post listings for it for people to contact you. That's the one thing I would say you could do. Make sure a clear understanding of what your looking is stated to make it's easier and no confusion.

If I've understood right then acting and modelling sites like starnow may be an alternative option.

Performing art students might be worth a look as well.

Hire a VA to find job classified sites and job ad sites for you

Post an ad and get respondents to sign up to a notification list

Lots of marketers use this technique

Costs less than $50 if you hire the right contractors

Craigslist.org is the defacto answer for your question. Hands down, no competition.

I think you can find them on fiverr.com, just post your gigs with requirement and then some guys will contact you.
