2. Sex and health.
3. Crime and hack.
4. Sports and betting.
5. Anything else as you want.

That is so broad, I wouldn't even know where to start. I think you might have to narrow it down a little, as digital products can range from "How to last longer in bed" to "How to improve your golf swing" or "How to save money for retirement" and the only thing they have in common is that they're digital, which is not much if you ask me.

Or, if you want to make it quite meta.. you could write about how to create digital products, their advantages over traditional products, etc.

You could write some Reviews. Personally, I'm getting into doing Video Product Reviews. And it seems really promising

  There in the internet lot of digital products available. just write what is really comfortable for you.

Two ways to interpret this...

1. You want to sell digital products meaning you want to identify a market with high demand for digital products and then write blog posts to bring in traffic so you can convert...if this is your meaning then start by looking at the top selling digital products on sites like Clickbank, Udemy, Teachable, Amazon, etc...and then select a market with strong demand AND that aligns with a passion you have so you will stick with it and engage your audience

2. The other way to interpret your post is that you want to write a blog about creating digital products - if this is the case, then I strongly recommend that you create one FIRST before starting a blog on creating digital products - there are already way too many who try and give advice that have neither done it or succeeded
