How to render at 2M bit rate with Camtasia?

I need to create a master high quality AVI or MOV video with a bit rate of at least 2000k from Camtasia 5.

Every option I've tried so far generates a bit rate of well under 1M, even on the highest quality settings.

I can do an uncompressed AVI, then import into another tool like Sony Vegas, then render from there to get the high bit rate, but 2 problems with that approach:

1) It creates files in excess of 15 or 20 gig

2) The files appear to be corrupted, when I open them in other tools, they reject it.

Anyone have any luck doing a high quality render of 2M or higher bit rate? If so, what codec/settings did you use?
