Okay ... I'm lost in the wilderness of Warriors For Hire

The "Warriors For Hire" forum now contains both threads for those desiring to hire and those desiring to be hired?

Could these be two separate forums, possibly ?

Or at least have some way (more obvious to me, if there already is one) to distinguish between those who wish to hire and those who wish to be hired?

Thanks so much!

I think that's a good idea Judy as I noticed that both are posted as well. Or then you get an oddball one in the main forum asking for a person who does x to hire them. It's a bit of a mish mash in there now.

Do the people who post looking for help have to pay money to post in the WFH ? Or is it just us service providers, LOL.

The secrets are probably in the forum stickies. Allen usually IS better than most forum owners about explaining things.

I'll have to remember to look.

THANKS, Teresa. It just would be nice to easily distinguish (colors of the post titles comes to mind as a possibility. A little css magic ("BAM!") oughta do it, LOL.) between providers and, uh, requestors. (dang, no such word as providees, LOL.)

I thought the same. I keep opening threads thinking they are offering a service and I find out they are looking for a service. Unless there is a distinct section for it, those seeking something should put Wanted: in the subject line as a courtesy for the rest of us. Just my opinion.

Maybe we could have those looking to hire someone for a particular service include something such as: [WTH] (Wanted To Hire) in the subject line of the new posts?

I'm sure Allen could make that a requirement

That would at least, until Allen decides whether or not to create a whole new section of that forum, differentiate between those offering services and those needing them.

    Yah, Tracy -- SOMETHING!

It's a bit confusing the way it is now (unless it's changed in the last day or so.)

It's not a directly-moderated forum (only "moderated" by paying, I guess...so I guess they are paying...)
