Default Do You Exclude A Huge Chunk Of Your Market By Making This Mistake?

I travel a lot so I usually load up my ipod and portable hard-drive with goodies I want to look at, and listen to, whilst I'm travelling.

But I've noticed lately that quite a few marketers only make their content (videos in particular) available for viewing either on-line or via a browser.

Sure, you can download some by using 3rd party tools or by recording the screen in something like camtasia (although many are making this even more difficult), but I've started switching off listening to gurus who make it difficult to consume their messages.

If you're marketing via video, give some thought to how many people have to travel in the current climate and make your content suitable for off-line viewing and, even better, offer an option for ipod (or similar) viewing.

Savvy marketers meet the needs of their customers and I for one will listen more to those who make it easier for me to do so!

Ok, whinge over

Cheers

Steve
