Guide Me For Amazon Affiliate

I have recently registered with Amazon US affiliate. and I have few questions that I m stuck.

1.Which is the best plugin for Amazon affiliate links?
2.Can I promote Amazon affiliate link on Facebook by cloaking?
3.Can I promote link on twitter?
4.Can I promote link in social community sites like Quora, Reddit?
5.what are the do's and don't rules that I have to follow for Amazon affiliate?
6.Amazon have the condition to make the first sale and after that, they will review my website for approval, as I have registered with USA affiliate, so I have to make my FIRST SALE within the USA?
7. Affiliate link promotions tips any?

I have read the Amazon Terms and Condition but still, m unclear with the above question. so please those who are in ti Amazon affiliate give their advice.

    Used to promote through amazon, had better results with other platform but thats my experience as my list is more targeted in the IM PLR nich

    i think there is no 1 Best plugin find the one you can work the best and move from there.
    I know Facebook doesn't like affiliate links or redirects, but you can try it and FB will immediately approve or not the link.
    Try writing an article and insert the products details in a link than directly promoting an affiliate link,
    Twitter is more flexible, the best to learn is to try it out,
    Sales within the USA i havent read it anywhere that its mandatory to MAKE a First Sale in the USA , Amazon is a global shop so a First sale can come from anywhere.

    How do you mean by cloaking? From my experience, when promoting Amazon affiliate links on Facebook, it is very, very important to not have the link lead directly to the Affiliate offer. What you want to do is, have a blog, or thoroughly written article that provides boats loads of value, and through out that content you have your affiliate links in the context. That is your safest bet by a long shot when it comes to promoting any type of affiliate offer on Facebook..
