I don´t know your niche, but if you can´t find targeted traffic or people interested in it, you might need to rethink your chosen niche.

This is an excellent point and one not many people like to think through. If you're searching and you can't find your niche, then it might mean there's no market to go after.

It can also mean you should try more specific terms in your niche. Try drilling down. Maybe what you're searching for is too broad.

I think maybe you're not very proficient at defining your market
in terms that correlate to Facebook profile parameters.

With more than 1.5 billion registered users there's at least 100,000
people interested in anything you can imagine.

    What's the niche?

I know you have been around TW just not good to say what niche is on a publi forum as it sound like you have a good one and you don't want a heap of competition

Can you even imagine a niche that has no competition? It doesn't exist.

The poster has revealed that he is promoting a physical health
product. Will thousands of Warriors now drop what they're doing
and run off to Facebook to promote physical health products?

Of course not. Don't be cynical or paranoid. Worrying about
what someone else may do does nothing but divert your attention
          from what you're doing.

There Is a huge target of people on Facebook for health products.

T Snyder's hit the nail on the head with his answer above.

You need some practice on Facebook.

I have a friend who is doing very well with FB Ads and health offer.

Then I was right... you aren't choosing the right keywords. There are
millions of people on Facebook who would buy a product related to physical
        health.

You're still being circumspect so it's hard to give you specific help but I
would sit down and make a list of words that define someone who is
        likely to buy that product.

        Are they male, female, both?

        What age group?

        Education level?

        Income level?

What well known people would a buyer of this product be likely to follow?

What magazines or websites would they be likely to read?

Your problem is you don't seem to know anything about your buyer.

Once you define your buyer the ad will be easy to write. There will be
more keywords than you'll know what to do with.

If it's just people (keywords like your health products) that you are looking to target, then no you may not find that specific target.

            But they are out there.

It's a marketers job to think out of the box and use your creative power.

The fish are not going to just jump into your net.

If you still believe that you can't find your target audience on FB, then I will tell my buddy who's making a killing there and he'll be happy to hear...less competition for health products on FB.

Now Newbies... Don't be silly and drop the marketing method that you are currently learning for FB Ads thinking that is easier...because nothing will be easy.

Sorry... I'm not buying it. Unless you're trying to sell the
most unusual health product ever invented there are millions of
potential prospects on Facebook. And they all fall into those
categories. You just don't know which ones they are.

Without knowing what you're trying to sell no one is really going
to be able to help you.

To say that your prospects aren't using Facebook, but they are on Google, Bing, and Twitter makes no sense. Of course they use Facebook.

Your challenge is to find them and segregate them even if Facebook hasn't already labeled them as a group so you don't have to do any work.

Have you considered doing some research on competitors in the niche and seeing what they're doing? It's a logical step to try to follow others that are already profitable and model them.

What you need to do is install google analytics on your site and generate leads with bing, adwords, 50onred e.t.c. Once you have 400+ leads use the demographic data of your thank you page to create the facebook ad and then optimize it. You can also track conversion with google analytics and look at the demographic data of the leads.

I'm pretty sure there is an interest you can target, but you may have to think outside of the box. I can relate to what you're saying here because I've done some tests where the audience I was targeting wasn't the right audience for my offer, but I did some brainstorming and more tests, and eventually I was able to find a target audience that worked perfectly for my offer.

Keep testing, researching, brainstorming, and don't give up.
