I have an agency that I'm trying to grow and I'm looking to solidify my ideal customer with a differentiated offer. I'm trying to figure out ways to do this and how I can appeal to new prospects through marketing a unique proposition and brand.
What are some ways to differentiate a digital marketing agency through newer forms of marketing? I'm thinking of offering niche services, but also want to be somewhat scalable. Would it make sense to do monthly services that package on-going optimizations? For example, analytics recommendations based on competitor/market changes?
