VOIP Solution for Digital Marketing Agency?

I run a digital marketing agency and I want to provide VOIP solution to clients which include a set amount of free limits and charged more for more minutes that are used.

Features of the VOIP solution:
1) Forward the phone number to their business phone line
2) Allow clients to login and see how many calls were made to a certain phone number they have for the past month
3) Allow me to see how many phone calls were made to clients each month

Thanks for the help!

Couple of things to start , have you googled for the answer so you get the right one for where you live and the charges for your country ?

Also if you run the company why would you not ask others who have companies near you for advice or referrals?

Yes, I searched Google first. I contacted a friend of mine to see what he uses for his agency and he recommended CallRail.com but has also used CallFire.com

      Thanks!

Hi, if you still searching for VoIP solution, I could suggest you to google a good provider called Freezvon. I used their services about 3 years ago (I got agency working with American customers). I had USA virtual phone number plus two additional services voicemail and call recording.

There is also a possibility to monitor your calls if you need that, read about it here https://freezvon.com/features/additional-phone-services/call-history If I'm not mistaken rates for calls are quite reasonable, but service quality is good too, so it's possible to save on it and don't forget about the quality.

Hope my suggestion will be helpful for you.

I'm working for a telemarketing company and using GoAutoDial version 3.3 bought from DialerJunction hosted dialer paackge. It was a little costly but worth it.

I recommend using Aloware. If you need a wide range of local/ toll-free phone numbers and see their stats easily and in real-time, this is definitely a great solution for you.

Aloware is a powerful call and SMS tracking platform that lets you track, analyze and optimize your campaigns by providing you with unique phone numbers. With its real-time actionable reports, you would also be able to tell which phone number/campaign is getting the most number of calls and providing you with more leads.

Aloware also lets you assign the tracking numbers to different phone numbers so your reps can answer the calls simultaneously, making the risk of missing a call minimal. They have three unique dial modes so you can customize how the calls are distributed among your reps:
    • Simultaneous - This option is ideal for businesses with in-house call center agents. With this setting, the calls will be routed to all of your agents at the same time until someone answers it.
    • Sequential - This option is ideal for companies with multiple tiers in their call center representatives that also want to have a backup messaging service. With this setting, you can assign different priorities per destination number (your agent) 10 being the highest priority and 1 being the lowest. The call will be routed first to the number with the highest priority, then move on to the next until someone answers the phone.
    • Round-Robin - This option is ideal for lead distributors. With this setting, the call will be distributed with destination numbers based on priorities. For example, there are two reps with the same priority (10 and 10) and then another with a lower priority (5). The call will be routed to the first agent with 10 priority, then move on to the other agent with another 10 priority. If neither one of them are able to answer, the call will then be routed next to the agent with 5 priority.

They also offer a 14-day free trial, so you'd be able to check if this system is the right fit for you before you fully commit. You don't even have to provide your CC details so it's hassle-free.

I heard that Call Tracking software like this can affect SEO negatively... So I don't know if it can really help my clients. Also, Is there any additional features for paid users?

On the contrary, call tracking is helpful for SEO. The most important aspect of using call tracking with SEO is that it picks up on the pertinent information needed for much more dynamic SEO results. Not only does DNI call tracking pick up on keywords (which is one of the most important factors for SEO), but it provides information related to the source, the user's activity, the region they're in and how they're accessing your site.

For the additional features, I suggest going here >>> https://www.aloware.com/pricing/
