Default How do you organize your marketing system/efforts?

As of late I have bought a bunch of tools and found some websites that help marketing.

I am wondering how, of if there's a tool, in which I can keep track of things like social media accounts, websites, tools, account info, etc... Working for both large and small marketing departments I am from the school of making a seperate folder for each site/product to promote keeping all info for that product in that folder - which is fine.

But then I have websites that I use to help promote plus I would like to keep all username/passwords in one place.

Now, how do you keep track of what to do and when? One could literally spend a lifetime doing ONLY backlinks or research or content creation or....

Do you setup a calender system or a schedule? Do you systematically make a list of where to (for example) drop links and when (and how many)?

Any insight would help.

Hi Frank,

I just signed up for the notification and I was wondering if you had an ETA also since your original post was 9/25.

Thanks,
Dianne
