Single Optin, anyhow AWeber send the verifiy mail

I build a list for brazilian leads, so don't need double optin.

90% of my lists are double, but now I wanted to make 2 lists with single optin.

After setup, Aweber continious to send double optin to my Hotmail account where I make tests. But a brazilian user tested and got the 1 email right away.

Does the location of the provider matters ?

Why would you want single opt-in? I'd be afraid of being accused of spamming.

Interesting...

The other day I tried using single opt-in with myself, and it worked. I got the email right away.

I live in Spain, however.

I never knew that AWeber practiced geotargeting?

First, those are very targeted leads they wanna the signup

second, brazils spam law are not that severe

third, I maybe try to get a portuguise verify message approved in AWeber, but my guess is that they won't approve it.
