If I were you I wouldn't wait until you get some bright idea. Just figure out what is working and put your own unique angle or twist on it. Have fun, make mistakes, and learn from your mistakes. Always know what is your goal and what is your "why" and go after it with boldness.

    Good Luck!

I was born in Africa. All i can say is that in the near future it's going to be a huge market as the internet is getting better by the day. Fiber optic internet is reaching some deep areas. Not just Africa, theirs going to be more developing countries that will have more access to the internet. I'm still figuring out Affiliate Marketing but one thing for sure AM will still be even bigger in the future. Get started Now!!!

    Here's "more info" for you.

I think many new marketers are missing out on a real opportunity by trying to target English speaking countries and ignoring their own part of the world.

If you are not FLUENT in English you are severely limited in what you can do and profit from online. How much easier would it be for you to build a site using your own native language?

A year ago I received a message from a former member of this forum. He had tried so hard to succeed online - targeting an English speaking audience. It didn't work. He was smart, hardworking and determined - and making no money online no matter what he did.

I told him to look at his own part of the world - that he could not succeed targeting English markets when he could barely speak or write English. I'm sure my message seemed 'rude' but he listened and took the advice to heart.

A year ago I heard from him that he's doing very well - working in HIS language - targeting markets he understands instead of trying to guess what a 'foreign' market might want.

The sales might not not be great for high priced products in some countries in Africa (or India or Pakistan or Vietnam or Morocco)....but the competition in those countries is low and internet use is growing at a record pace. New payment options are being added that allow people to buy in countries where purchasing online was not possible just a few years ago.

In my opinion, those marketers who work hard to establish themselves online in their own global location and their own language....will do extremely well in the future.

Here is a link to that thread:

A good conversation that highlights the potential - and problems - of at least one African market. Keep in mind that was 4 years ago - and things do change. Number of internet users continues to grow -
