EZA Author Spotlight

Do we only get our author profiles added to the 'Author Spotlight' area on the the frontpage of EZA, if we have completed our profiles 100% (the picture, and all the details)?

I'm just trying to figure out the minimum requirements. Because I know you don't have to be a platinum member, as I've seen people with just 1 live article there.

Can anyone shed any light on the matter?

Good question. I've got several articles there with my profile done, but I've yet to see myself in the spotlight, either. What's the deal with that? Great traffic, anyway, though!

I think you just need a picture, a website link and a little paragraph about yourself... Look at all of the other authors in the spotlight, check their profiles and see what they have.

Yeah I've done my profile out 100% and have a few articles published too! Perhaps It's a luck thing.

Yeah I have noticed all the authors in the author spotlight have all that (the picture, bio etc.). But I was asking because, I too have fulfilled those requirements.. and was basically curious as to whether it was a random event, or whatever.

I've been in the author spotlight, but I'm not sure what the criteria was. I actually didn't even know I was chosen until someone saw it and told me.

Hi,

The rotation of the spotlight comes and goes so fast you probably won't know when you make it there.

I see Warriors there all the time. I thought about PMing them each time and saying "Hey, I saw you in the EZA Spotlight." Maybe that would be a good idea.

Hmm, so the general consensus is that; It's random.

Well, random amongst the group of authors who fit the criteria. Which seems to be: 1 live article, Author Bio and Profile Picture.

I was just ranked as an expert author and in the spotlight here shortly.
Ive only done i think 3 articles.
I do have my pic,bio,all that stuff there though.
Now the article that just went live yesterday is in a well known niche.After looking at it,i made a mistake in my article but it was approved anyway.
In my article i also gave a little excerpt about me and my wife also.Kinda like a personal bio about both of us in the relationship niche.Maybe this helped.
I even put the EZA badge on my site.Hopefully to give me a little authority.
Im now going to post 2 more in the same niche.

It was a few weeks ago and at the time I had about 68 articles.
