Default Can you use free domains on Ezine Articles?

I am talking about co.cc or .tk

Edit: Also can I use a simple redirect or do I have to park the domain to my affiliate link.

Yes, so long as the site fulfills their other requirements (site can't have nothing on it, no adult related sites etc.) you should be fine.

Yes, I used a free domain and hosting with no problems. I think it was 110mb.com that I used. One thing they don't allow you to do is link to a specific page like yourdomain.com/testsite.html you have to link to the top domain: www.yourdomain.com
