Paypal or Payoneer payment on website to sell products?

Hi warriors,

to build a website and sell own products.
So I can choose between payoneer/ paypal so users can make payments.

Question:

Is it allowed to use an external rent office adress - who is different then my paypal/payoneer account adress, on my website when I use paypal/payoneer payment?

Or is it not allowed and against rules of pp/payoneer?

    Either one is good. However Payoneer does not have a merchant set up like PayPal does. So you would have to get GumRoad set up first in order to accept Payoneer payments.

    Will recommend PayPal. As for your question I think is better you ask PayPal. Play safe, because is really troublesome when you have problem with them.

    Now I have research, that paypal not allowed you to have different business address in another country.

    Payoneer they allowed it that you can have another business address in another country, after you be approved, you must firts contact their support to handle that.

    That is a big point for me, not to use paypal to make business under another country office address.

    You didn't mention "another country" only an 'external rent office address'.

    Is the other address in a paypal approved country? Or a paypal limited country?

    You may still probably have to use Paypal. Paypal to accept payments and Payoneer to get your money from Paypal. Payoneer doesn't offer a merchant set up like Paypal.

    I have read the paypal TOS and they not allow you to have two addresses in different countries.

    So I will use payoneer with 2checkout.

    How does payoneer 2checkout payment solution handle
    customer fraud like- "The product was not deliver"....

    When I have own informational products- there is not to shipping.

    How to handle that in payoneer?
