1 Process For Internet Marketing Success

Why?

Learn.

Serve.

Earn.

Why?

Why are you on Warrior Forum? Why did you click this link? To mainly have fun? To mainly free yourself? To mainly follow your passion? If you answered yes to those, good.

If you are internet marketing *mainly* to make money, you will be so tied down by outcomes (obsessed with money, traffic, clicks) that you will feel as if you're trying to sprint to the top of Mount Everest with Godzilla hanging on to your shirt tails.

Sure we all wanna make money. But let that be a secondary driver, not the prime driver.

Learn

Spend weeks to months to years learning the basics of IM. Follow 1-2 mentors you grow to know, like, and trust. Learn, learn and learn. Keep learning. Then learn some more.

Learn from the Warrior forum. Invest money in premium products offered by your mentors. Research your niche. Do due diligence. Market research. How to set up a landing page. How to blog. How to build a product or write an eBook or render a consulting service. This is the study phase that 95% or more of IMers totally skill. They start with a big EARN driver, dive into IM totally ignorant, and fall flat on their face.

Serve

Now are you a bit more learned, so you dive into developing skills every day, to receive the privilege of serving people through your blog, through your email list and through the products and services you are developing.

Again, many Warriors struggle like hell because they skip this step. They have no interest in learning or developing a helpful, beneficial skill. The successful Warriors are servants. They help. They assist. They are generous. So they earn. Nicely.

Earn

When someone paid me $200 for an hour's worth of blog consulting the other day, that $200 per hour rate was the product of the benefit perceived by my client, said rate and benefit the product of year's worth of learning and serving, which I continue to do today.

I could be walking around NYC now. Or watching Netflix. But I enjoy helping you. I like learning myself, and serving. So here I am.

My why is the big driver. I do dig getting, but I love giving. Much of online success and happiness unfolded because I had a big GIVING driver over the years and GETTING was like icing on the cake, the cherry on top.

What say you?

    Nice share Ryan.

We all have unique Internet Marketing backgrounds and that gives us all unique perspectives.

I stumbled into eBook success as a newbie right out the gates and something about making sales quickly as possible it changes you for the better in my opinion.

But I think there may be 1000 Shades of Internet Marketing Success.

If you make a windfall of cash and do not invest any of it back into your business you will be back to square one in no time!

When I see someone like Chris Ducker who started an outsourcing company then actually outsourced himself out of the business so it runs itself so he can pursue other interests it sorta makes me reevaluate what is success.

    Solid info above thanks again.

    I share your idealism, Ryan

I also completely agree that this is the ONLY way to truly earn online.

Unfortunately, the REALITY is that a lot of people who try their hand in IM are those who DESPERATELY need cash. They are the ones who are most vulnerable to churn and burn techniques and scammy IM 'secrets' or 'amazing software.'

And on and on it goes.

This is what we see, right?

I advise all folks who are desperate, to feel their fears. Otherwise, that fear-energy bleeds through all they do online, making a mess of everything they touch.

Yep, just like the offline world. We work to develop a skill, and earning follows after we develop the skill.
