I have a few books on the same niche. How can I create a bundle on Amazon

The easiest way is to take the various source documents and compile them into a single document. In other words, take Doc A, Doc B and Doc C and insert them one after the other into Doc D. Save Doc D.

Publish it to Kindle as a new ebook.

Pretty much what JohnMcCabe has said with a couple of minor tweeks.

You need to create a meta menu at the start so a person can choose which book they want to read. I ain't scrolling through 100 pages to get to book 2.

Strip out all redundant material. Things like 'about the author' don't need to be in the collection 2,3,4 times same goes with copyright materials.

Get a graphic artist to make you a new imagine showing that this is a collection of books and use this as your front cover.

Ditto the information shared by John and Q. Price accordingly. Offer a pro rated price if you'd like but charge a handsome enough price to reflect the bundle and volume of value offered.

OP, make sure you change the first page of all the 3 existing books and put a link to the BUNDLED BOOK at the top.

Pair this with a freebie so you can build a mailing list as well.

If you use all your books' first pages to build a list on Kindle, promoting your whole catalog through launches as well as free book promos will become so much easier.

The best part is this scales with time.

Can you elaborate more on using the books first pages to build a list?

Go to Amazon and pull up a list of books in your niche.

Use the "Look Inside" feature. Often, you'll see an offer of bonus material, updates, etc. along with a URL. If you follow the url, it leads to an opt-in page.

The purpose of putting the offer/url so early in the book is so it does show up for people who use the LI feature, or download the sample. Even if they don't buy that ebook, they may check out the free stuff and land on your list.

For actual book buyers, it's almost a slam dunk if you word it right.

Also, it helps if the signup link offers a FREEBIE that enhances the VALUE of the book being sneak previewed

Create in all the same document.

Create a book cover that reflects all three books in the picture, and make sure the copywriting reflects all the books into one.
