I'm looking for an affiliate marketing program that meets these requirements

1. Positive rating by the BBB.
2. Allows me to advertise on Facebook.
3. 100% commissions. If not 100% but close(75%), please share.
4. Provides daily content to keep customers learning skills.
5. Great line of digital products to help your business grow online.
6. Some or all products follow a monthly subscription plan to make room for a residual income.

The closest I could find to this was Empower Network, but it doesn't have a great rating from the BBB, their products are too expensive for people to buy, and their technical support isn't really there.

I don't know where you got that list - but if the result is "Empower" - you need a new list.

    1. Positive rating by the BBB.
What does that matter? The BBB is a joke among many businesses - in many ways it's become a pay-to-play.

    2. Allows me to advertise on Facebook.
Ads may be limited by Facebook rather than the affiliate program direct links may not be allowed - each affiliate program is different - read the TOS.

    3. 100% commissions. If not 100% but close(75%), please share.
You want all the money? What does the seller get? In that commission range you are talking about digital products - probably MMO digital products where sellers are getting people into a funnel of repeat sales.

Outside that arena - or with physical products - sellers expect to actually make money when they sell products.

    4. Provides daily content to keep customers learning skills.
Daily content about what? The product you are selling? Learning what? Do you mean providing content for you to use on your site?

    5. Great line of digital products to help your business grow online.
You want a "line" of products and all 100% commission? Basically what you mean is you want to be paid commission on the seller's entire funnel? Right? Where is the seller's profit?

    6. Some or all products follow a monthly subscription plan to make room for a residual income
AND - you want an affiliate program where the money keeps coming in because...let me guess....you want 'passive' income.
Who is the "tech support" for? You - or the buyers?

I know I sound a bit rude but look at what you are asking for. You want the perfect affiliate program.

    What are your qualifications?

How big is your email list? How many sites do you have? How much experience do you have with affiliate sales and what is your ROI on ad spend? How many affiliate programs have you joined - how many products have you promoted successfully to date?

My guess is you are new to affiliate marketing and trying hard to set parameters for what you want to promote. Instead of "what I can get for me" you might do better with a focus on what you have to offer to others.

With your list you are mainly aiming at MMO (make money online) products - and if you haven't made money online - you'll have a hard time selling in that market.

I suggest you take a step back and look at markets and niches where you have interest or experience - where you have knowledge to share and can get excited about products you might sell.

My bad, Empower Network does have a B+ rating, but the technical support for the public whether that would be current customers or new people isn't very helpful. I have no experience, I have no sites, I know how to run my advertisements but I need a company to do that, and I have joined close to five different affiliate programs. All I want to do is promote an affiliate marketing company that is liked by the public(not many people ranting on how every affiliate program is a scam) and make it duplicable. Should I advertise Empower Network on Facebook if idiots are going around calling it a scam?

You are going to always have to deal with people calling your opportunities a scam.
Even if it isn't. Some call it a marketing strategy. This is where you will need to develop
a relatioship with your FB audience and explain to them what Empower is. If you
educate yourself enough about it, then you will be able to answer any questions
they have. That's all you can do.

I wouldn't TOUCH Empower - that's my point. If your list of what you want comes down to that - it's a bad list.

You keep saying you want to promote a "company". What are examples of 'affiliate programs' you've joined so far? Are you asking about MLMs (multi level marketing) and "programs" online where you join and then promote them to others?

Amazon has affiliate marketers - as does clickbank - and JVZoo and WarriorPlus and ShareASale and Commission Junction and many more.

But the term "affiliate" is also used by those online programs that are of the "join this program and then promote this program".

I highly doubt you will find anything that provides all your requirements.

Ther's also a big world outside of MMO and selling products/ services.

I promote PPL (pay per lead...lead generation) offers. This is simply because there is no credit card / purchase required to complete an offer. All a user has to do is fill out a form, so conversion rates are typically much higher than offers that require a sale to be made.

Typically will get paid the majority of the amount that the lead is being sold for. If a lead is being sold on the back-end for $50, you might get $40. If it's being sold for $25, you might get $20. In some cases, you might get as much as 90%. It just depends.

    Anyway, just something to consider.

Dude did you seriously post that you're looking for an affiliate program that pays out 100% commissions what would be the motivation for the original Merchant not to mention the affiliate Network or affiliate manager? How would the revenue generated from your traffic benefit them at all? Are they supposed to be content giving out a free product or service and then facilitating your affiliate tracking and payments for you for free? you should probably rethink that bro ... and quit being so selfish

Empower Network doesn't payout 100% commissions anymore.

They are still around but created a new comp plan (uniline) that basically caused all of their top producers to leave.

You don't want 100% commissions anyways.

Anything that pays out 100% in commissions won't last very long.

Look for 'Digital' products that pay between 40 to 60% commissions with higher BACK END products built right into the system.
